CONTRACT

I acknowledge that my dog’s participation in Backyard Dog Racing could result in serious injury or death.

In the event of such an occurrence, I agree to hold Backyard Dog Racing, MoTail 6, and owners Erick Kinsey Sr., Erick Kinsey Jr., Danielle Kinsey, as well as all members and representatives, harmless.

I certify that my dog(s) is healthy enough to participate successfully in Backyard Dog Racing.

I certify that my dog(s) has not eaten for at least two hours prior to participation.

I acknowledge that Backyard Dog Racing is being recorded and that my likeness, as well as my dog’s, may be publicly posted on social media platforms and websites for marketing and entertainment purposes.

Any profit gained as a result of my dog’s participation in Backyard Dog Racing will be disbursed at the sole discretion of Backyard Dog Racing representatives.
